This is an awesome place to live! The maintenance and office staff are wonderful and quick to respond to your needs. You aren't far from Tempe or Scottsdale, and there are great shopping complexes down the street. There are covered parking spots and the apartments are newly renovated. I feel very safe and comfortable living here!

I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 4 years. It is an awesome community, it a GREAT area, and I have always been taken care of by the staff in such a positive manner. The complex is quick to respond to any problems and the recent updates to the pool, grilling area, and lobby are awesome. The staff has always been incredibly supportive and caring of their residents. Thank you for all that you've done, Arcadia Cove! I would highly recommend living here.
